A new roof, specified properly.

Complete tiled, slate and flat roof systems for homes, extensions and commercial buildings across York and Yorkshire.

Repair or full renewal?

JDL inspects the complete roof before recommending replacement. If a focused repair is the sound option, the recommendation should say so.

  • Leaks recurring in more than one area
  • Widespread slipped, porous or deteriorated coverings
  • Failed underlay, battens or roof junctions
  • A roof nearing the end of its useful service life
  • Renovation work where performance and appearance need to be considered together
