How is a GRP fibreglass roof formed?
The roof deck is prepared before resin and glass-fibre matting form the GRP laminate. A protective top coat completes the surface, with the edges, outlets and adjoining details included.
Does a GRP roof have seams?
The completed GRP covering is seamless. It is formed around the roof shape, edges and outlets over a prepared deck.
Can photographs help with the first assessment?
Yes. Ground-level or safely taken photographs can provide useful context. A final specification may still require an on-site roof survey.
