Common questions.

How do I know whether I need leadwork?

Start with the problem you can see and how urgent it is. JDL will assess the roof, relevant details and access before setting out the appropriate work.

Can photographs help with the first assessment?

Yes. Ground-level or safely taken photographs can provide useful context. A final specification may still require an on-site roof survey.

What will the quotation include?

The written quotation sets out the proposed work, principal materials and the guarantee terms that apply to the specified work.

How soon will I receive my roofing quote?

After the site visit, JDL sends your written quotation within 48 hours. Most are sent within 24 hours.
